Sunday Selfie: Paisley Dominates

Real Cat Paisley has a lot to meow about in her Sunday Selfie this week. That's because her selfie also works for Cat World Domination Day since it shows something she dominated just for the occasion.

That big green thing in the background is old SoLT's latest balance-ball chair (RIP), and the selfie was taken moments after Paisley punched a couple of holes in it, making it slowly deflate. (The claw marks in the picture aren't to scale, or else the ball would have quickly deflated!)

Paisley's philosophy is this: You don't have to dominate the whole world all at once. Just deflate it a little at a time. Use the Power of the Claw.

Sunday Selfie:Paisley Sends a Birthday Wish

For this week's Sunday Selfie, Real Cat Paisley took a moment from her playtime on the stairs to snap this photo. She is dedicating it to Allie, who turns 16 today. We all hope you have a wonderful birthday and get lots of neat presents, Allie!

Sunday Selfies: Pet Me & I'll Do a Selfie

This week, Real Cat Webster allowed himself to be photographed for a Sunday Selfie ... in exchange for several minutes of petting. (Tip to cats: You can get a human to anything when they are desperate to get a cute picture of you!)

Paisley wanted to do something too, so she decided to do this musical meme we first saw on Stunning Keisha, who got it from The Lone Star Cats. It's sort of supposed to be for Mewsic Monday, but Paisley doesn't always follow rules, so she's doing it on Sunday. You're supposed to use titles from only one artist or band to answer all the questions. She did follow that rule.

This was hard! Paisley considered a lot of bands but finally picked the Eagles (mostly because old SoLT knows a lot of their songs).

In case you weren't here Friday: We have been thinking of starting a monthly bloopers blog hop, and we’d like to know how many of you would play along at least some of the time. We are thinking that the hop would happen on the final Friday of every month. It would be a fun way to share your “not ready for prime time” pet photos. Lately, Real Cat Webster has taken to sitting on the back of old SoLT's recliner so he can look out the window. That's where they took this selfie:

Sunday Selfies: Paisley and Webster

Both of the Real Cats did Sunday Selfies this week. For once, old SoLT wasn't running around with her phone on Saturday afternoon, saying "Who wants to do Sunday Selfie?" over and over as she tried to locate a cat.

First up is Real Cat Paisley. Friday night, old SoLT heard Paisley making a strange noise in the kitchen. When she went to investigate, she found Paisley playing with one of the little hearts that Ellen of 15 and Meowing sent us. Paisley almost never does this with toys anymore. She must really love that heart!

Real Cat Webster did his selfie earlier in the week, while he was sitting on old SoLT's lap as she watched TV one evening.
